The purpose of this statement is to explain how we collect, maintain, use and disclose personal information.

We collect personal information on clients to provide them with the products and services they have requested. Without that personal information we are unable to provide these services to them, as tax related salary packaging is circumstance specific. We treat this information with due client confidentially.

Personal information may be used and disclosed within the Group to administer our products and services as well as for prudential and risk management purposes and, unless clients advise us otherwise, to provide them with related marketing information.

Limited personal information may be sighted by the following parties who are external to SPG Guardian:

1.  The client's employer, who will receive copies of the client declarations and agreements made for the employer. 2  The following external parties who are under the same confidentiality constraints as ourselves:- The SPG Guardian trust account external auditor, the Institute of Chartered Accountants professional practice review auditor, and the software maintenance enterprise.

Clients are entitled to request access to their personal information while we store it. If the information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, please inform us so that we can correct it.
