SPG Guardian’s qualified, experienced consultants identify the key ways your business and employees can make the most of salary packaging.  Consequently, you’ll keep up-to-date with legislative changes, avoid tax complications and find the best options for your employees. 

 

Design

 

We design an individual package for each employee to suit their needs and circumstances.  Employees appreciate our one-to-one financial advice and feel looked after by their employer.

 

Administration

 

Employers need no additional administration or reporting.  To manage the full salary packaging process on your behalf, SPG Guardian:

  • receives money from each pay into a trust account
  • disburses funds as agreed
  • organises car leasing
  • reports to the employee each month on benefits in and out, current balances, and the package YTD progress, actual and budget 
  • reports to the employer each month on GST recoverable
  • reports to the employer each month on YTD benefits taken
  • reports to the employer each quarter on FBT status

The employer will use us at no cost to the business, and may save on payroll tax and workers compensation levies. The employee would bear any FBT assessed.

 

The salary package will only proceed if advantageous to the employee.
